World Book Day Celebrations

This year’s World Book Day was a fantastic celebration of stories, imagination, and creativity across the academy. Children loved dressing up as their favourite book characters, with costumes ranging from classic tales to modern adventures.

Throughout the day, pupils took part in exciting workshops led by visiting authors and illustrators, who inspired them to read, write, and explore their own creativity. These sessions brought books to life and sparked plenty of curiosity and discussion.

The highlight of the day was our much-loved annual costume parade in the playground, where each class proudly showcased their amazing outfits. It was a joyful occasion that celebrated a shared love of reading and the magic of books.
