Ian’s Mobile Farm Visits Brownhill

We were delighted to welcome Ian’s Mobile Farm to Co-op Academy Brownhill! Every class had the opportunity to meet and care for a variety of animals, including alpacas, donkeys, a miniature horse, goats, rabbits, chickens, and even a tortoise.

The visit offered a hands-on learning experience that helped children understand more about animal care, responsibility, and the natural world. There were smiles all around as pupils gently handled the smaller animals and asked thoughtful questions about each one.

Meg the dog was a particular favourite—loved not just by the children but by staff and parents too!

It was a fantastic day that brought joy and excitement to the whole school community.
